MULTI-CLASS PACKAGES are available at the bottom of section 1 after class offerings. Please purchase BEFORE scheduling your class(es).

What do I wear to class?

Ballet: form fitting clothing to see your alignment or leotard and tights; ballet shoes
Musical Theatre/Jazz Funk: form fitting, comfortable clothing you can easily move in; jazz shoes, character shoes, socks
Modern/Contemporary: form fitting clothing to see your alignment; bare feet, socks

Note: Some dates are not available for certain classes due to onsite events, as well as rehearsal and performance schedule conflicts. Make sure to confirm each date that you book.

Ballet Body Burn w/ Megan - Sunday @ 10:30am

45 minutes @ $25.00

A 45 minute, low impact, full body workout utilizing body weight exercises and dynamic stretching inspired by ballet. With a focus on lean muscle development to improve strength in flexibility and full range of motion, you will certainly feel the burn while jamming out to your favorite hits! Taught at an open level - this class is for everyone!

Open Int/Adv Ballet w/ Noah - Sunday @ 11:30am

1 hour 30 minutes @ $25.00

This class is geared towards dancers with prior knowledge of ballet technique and terminology. Classwork will be taught through a professional class progression. Fostering a creative, enjoyable learning environment, Noah brings a high energy approach to his classes. Placing a focus on dynamics, body alignment, and musicality to improve strength and proper development of muscles, you will grow into a more nuanced and confident dancer.

Beg/Int Contemporary w/ Thomas - Sunday @ 1:15pm

1 hour @ $25.00

An exploration of the total movement potential of the body, this class fuses Ballet, Jazz, Modern, and Lyrical techniques into one genre. Participants will be led through a full body warm-up followed by a series of exercises in center and across the floor with an emphasis on individual expression and self awareness. This class is taught at a beginner/intermediate level.

Modern - Horton w/ Morgan - Monday @ 5:30 PM

1 hour @ $25.00

Horton technique emphasizes a whole body, anatomical approach to dance that increases flexibility, strength, coordination and body and spatial awareness. This Technique uses corrective exercises, created with a knowledge of the human anatomy that corrects physical faults and prepares the dancer for any type of movement technique. This class will be taught at a beginner/intermediate level.

Adult Beginner Ballet w/ Eddie - Monday @ 6:30pm

1 hour 30 minutes @ $25.00

This class covers basic ballet positions, steps and vocabulary with a focus on the student's awareness of proper posture and body alignment. Standing barre work and center floor exercises will be given to enhance coordination, strength, balance and flexibility. Participants will also develop a sense of musical awareness and movement quality. No prior ballet experience necessary.

Musical Theater Dance w/ Michael - Friday @ 6:00 PM

1 hour @ $25.00

Taught in a fun, energetic atmosphere this class centers on performance quality and acting through dance. Using music from Broadway Musicals and Movies you will warm your creative body and mind through jazz and improv based movement exercises, as well as theatre games and practices. With a focus on translating emotion, portraying a character, and cultivating stage presence, dancers will develop theatrical qualities in their dancing and improved confidence when they hit the stage. Beginner/intermediate level
